Is you school's curriculum designed to meet the needs of Ells?  I work with schools and teachers to design and develop ENL curricula that are aligned with state standards and tailored to the specific needs of ELLs.

Do your teacher teams need coaching and support to teach, connect, and communicate with Ells?  I provide professional development workshops and training sessions for teachers to enhance their knowledge and skills in teaching ELLs, including strategies for language acquisition, cultural integration, and differentiated instruction.

Does your school need a certified ENL teacher?  I provide individualized support to ELLs, including tutoring, mentoring, and coaching to help them improve their language proficiency, academic performance, and social-emotional well-being. 

Does your school need a certified ENL teacher to provide identification and evaluation of Ells?  I administer language assessments (NYSITELL, NYSESLAT) to ELLs to determine their proficiency levels and provide appropriate language placement and support. 

Are your teacher teams struggling to communicate and engage Ells?  I work with schools and communities to promote parent and community engagement in supporting ELLs academic success, including workshops and events that foster cultural awareness and understanding. 

Does your school need support in locating culturally responsive and inclusion resources for diverse student groups?  I help schools and teachers select appropriate instructional materials and resources, including textbooks, online tools, and other resources that are culturally responsive end engaging for ELLs and other cultural groups.
